If, for any reason, you have incorrectly ordered a product on-line, Fences Galore is happy to offer you a credit or exchange the item/s providing that the product is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition. The following timeframes apply:
- In store: 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Online: 3 months from date of pick up from a depot, delivery on a depot truck or delivery by the transport company.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.
Please note that discounted items cannot be returned, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.
How to return your item
Contact Fences Galore on 1300 564849 and make your request to return to one of our customer service representatives who will evaluate your return request. Once approved by Fences Galore, send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your full name and contact details are clearly displayed on the return packaging.
As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped to you once Fences Galore has received payment in full.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outline below, Fences Galore accepts stock returns at, it’s discretion. If discretion applied, stock returned within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase required
- The goods must be re-saleable and in its original condition with all packaging intact
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over
- No charge for returns if glass is returned in a clean state with corner caps, cork and shrink on panels (as new)
- If glass has become dirty after delivery, it will need to be cleaned beforehand to avoid any extra charges.
- Charge for returns if glass is unclean and cannot be resold “as new”, it will attract a restocking fee. 0-5 panels – $13.00 + gst per panel. 5 – 50 panels – $10.00 + gst per panel. Note: Damaged/scratched glass will not be accepted for credit.
- Return of hardware: To receive a credit, hardware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging “as new”.
- Full refunds may only be offered if approved by Fences Galore and a 10% or $29.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will apply.
- The products being returned must be received by Fences Galore within (14) fourteen days of making your request to return.
- Replacement product will only be shipped after the original item has been received by Fences Galore.
- Any item that is returned to Fences Galore without approval will be returned to sender.
- Our return policy does not apply to cut to size or custom orders such as: Enduroshield coating, cut to size screening, cut to size battens, cut to size wire, CNC and turet,
