Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

We have very affordable freight rates with NQX Toll Road & Rail , Followmont Transport & Sadliers Logistics straight to depots that cover all other areas around Australia. We can also deliver to your town as long as there is a depot and fork lift in your area to unload (POA).

All smaller items under 5kg ordered on their own are posted via Australia Post in an Express Satchel for $24.00.

Small items over 5kg are sent via Toll IPEC or Fastways (POA).

Packaging

Packaging, crate and palletising is required for all areas other than Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, Brisbane, Northern Rivers, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and their suburbs. We take great care in packaging our products and ensure all items are secure. Goods are placed on to a timber pallet, foam wrapped and then placed inside a timber crate for transport. We have a 100% record for no breakages as we are the experts when it comes to freighting glass.
